Hi, I’m Nilianna – a property enthusiast with a love for turning ordinary spaces into cozy, welcoming homes. I began investing in Real Estate back in 2017 and since then, I’ve been managing my own properties from renovation to full short-term rental setup.
Before stepping into the world of real estate, I spent 15 years flying around the world with Emirates, serving VIP guests in First Class – which taught me how to deliver world-class service and attention to detail.

After spending many years in various Asian countries, including my hometown of Chiang Mai, I made the decision to relocate to Bangkok. I have now been living and working in the capital for over four years. In my previous role as a Sales Advisor and Project Developer for an e-commerce company, I was responsible for marketing, communications, and sales. This experience has shaped me into a professional who is both knowledgeable and approachable.
